If they can't match then they can colour coordinate! :)

Congratulations Dustind on compelting JK and your Strawberry Patch Program. We are so proud of you! This year you leared to read, all about your community, bugs, ocean animals, the days of the week and months of the year, you have started math - you are great at adding! We went on two farm field trips, had winter olympics, farm olympics, sang in three school plays, made lots of freinds - and most importantly - enjoyed going to school every day. The Celebration

We had lots of fun at my party...
My newest friend Brianna came and slept almost the whole time

It was so hot I ate a LOT of watermelon!

Mommy read to all of my friends my new book 'If you give a cat a cupcake'

The bigger kids had a sprinkle relay race game. Brian-John and Blake were most serious about the game and were pleased to win.

We played pin the candle on the cupcake...

I practiced my walking with Mommy (and did it on my own that night!)
Lola is tall like her Mommy and Daddy - she can even reach the rings on our play gym

I decided that climbing the slide was more my thing. Thanks Papa for the hand up!

Simon, Blake and Dustind hid in the play gym and ate the 'sprinkles' (Mike and Ike Candies) after the race

Auntie Carin baked beautiful cupcakes for my party! I loved when everyone sang to me and the candle on the cupcake!

Dustind sure loved the chocolate

And I got a taste of both Chocolate and Vanilla!

Auntie Megs - you look great with Brianna... Parke and Emma think that you should have another one :)

Thanks everyone for making my day so special!

Getting ready for the party

It was supposed to thunder storm the day of Maddy's party - so mom and Dad set everything up inside and then moved it out about 10 minutes before the party started - turned out it was beautiful.
Maddy's first bithday theme was 'cupcakes'

Front of the house facelift

This weekend we also managed to get our new flower pots planted and Dad hung a new light at our front entrance. Mom is so happy to have such a cheery face lift for the front of the house... Now all we have to do is paint the garage doors, hang the garage door lights and eventually landscape...

Go Germany

Mom and I were at the mall one day and saw these shirts and had to buy them for dad and I to match. I still can't understand why we can't get a Canada one - but am happy to cheer for Germany as long as my dad does! Don't we look cool?

Mommy bought Maddy and I new p.j's this weekend. Mine has a shark and Maddy has a mermaid on hers. After playing around on the bed for a while I decided to take Maddy for a walk. I liked my p.j.'s so much I decided to wear them all day...
